This way, you’ll know exactly how to continue conducting this analysis systematically and independently in the future. Together, we’ll lay the foundation for a future-proof AIMS and embed the necessary expertise directly within your organization.
Take the training flexibly, either individually or with your entire team, and give the AI expertise within your organization a powerful knowledge boost. This training will also be available as an e-learning course soon!
Plan Phase
The Challenge

Many organizations are experimenting with AI systems without explicit leadership or formal policies. This leads to fragmented initiatives and unclear responsibilities. Without a strategic mandate, AI projects run the risk of deviating from the organization’s values. Articles 4 and 26 of the EU AI Act impose specific obligations on executives and users of AI systems. Without a rigorous policy and the legally required human oversight stipulated in Article 14, executives therefore risk direct non-compliance, reputational damage, and severe penalties.

Our Solution

Do Fase
The Challenge

AI systems pose unique risks, such as a lack of explainability and unintended bias. Traditional IT risk analyses fall short in this regard, while Article 9 of the EU AI Act requires organizations to establish a continuous and structured risk management system. Without this specific methodology, organizations remain vulnerable to system errors, non-compliance, and reputational damage.
Our Solution

Our AI Risk Management training helps you establish a risk assessment that is consistent, valid, and comparable in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001. In this training, you’ll learn to systematically identify specific AI risk sources, address bias in accordance with Article 10 of the EU AI Act, and assess risks based on impact and likelihood. You’ll then develop a concrete risk treatment plan to demonstrably manage risks.

High-risk AI systems can unintentionally have significant consequences for vulnerable groups and fundamental rights. Failure to conduct the legally required fundamental rights impact assessment (FRIA) under Article 27 of the EU AI Act leads to serious legal liability, heavy penalties, and reputational damage. Without this assessment, AI users cannot comply with their obligations under Article 26.

Our Solution

Our AI Impact Assessments training provides you with practical methods for analyzing the impact of an AI system on individuals and society throughout the entire AI lifecycle. We train you to conduct thorough and structured assessments that fully comply with the requirements of the EU AI Act and the guidelines of ISO/IEC 42001.

Translating policy into daily practice is where many organizations stumble. Without concrete control measures, governance remains theoretical and offers no real protection. The EU AI Act imposes strict requirements for accurate, robust, and secure systems under Article 15, as well as mandatory transparency under Article 13. Without operational controls, organizations risk serious vulnerabilities and non-compliance.

Our Solution

The AI Controls training equips you with the necessary knowledge and skills to implement effective internal controls. You’ll learn to draft a professional Statement of Applicability in which you justify the selection of controls in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001. This ensures compliance with the mandatory documentation and audit readiness requirements under Article 12 of the EU AI Act.

Check Phase
The Challenge

Undergoing an external certification audit or regulatory inspection without first conducting a thorough, independent internal audit often leads to delays and costly shortcomings. Under Article 43 of the EU AI Act, organizations are required to undergo an approved conformity assessment. Without a structured audit process, you risk your AI management system failing to meet legal requirements and the ISO/IEC 42001 standard.

Our Solution

With the AI Certification Audit training, you’ll learn to systematically and objectively assess the performance of your AI management system. We prepare you for Phase 1 and Phase 2 certification audits by focusing on documented evidence, preparing audit reports, and effectively addressing nonconformities. This ensures compliance with the mandatory post-market monitoring process under Article 72 of the EU AI Act.
